在 AI 时代,人与人之间的沟通、理解和联系可能越来越少。很多人在遇到烦恼和困扰后,宁愿跟 AI 沟通——因为 AI 不会给他们负面的评价。
In the AI age, communication, understanding, and connection between people may be diminishing. Many people, when faced with worry or distress, would rather speak to AI — because AI does not give them negative judgments.
但 AI 并不是最合适的反馈提供者。它有时候会为了顺着当事人说话而缺乏客观性——容易迎合,看不见对方真正需要被看见的部分。
But AI is not the most suitable feedback provider. It sometimes loses objectivity by going along with what the person wants to hear — easy to placate, unable to see what the person actually needs seen.

This is not a surface problem of "screen time." It is a problem of identity and agency: when algorithmic systems continually exploit human fear, desire, and the hunger for belonging, people slowly lose touch with what they actually need. And when people lose touch with themselves, they cannot genuinely meet others.

- 自我观察先于方法学习Self-observation before method-learning
- 16 年实践反复印证:家长在"为什么会自动这样反应"还没看清时就学方法,往往机械执行,孩子能感到不真诚,方法反而失效。先看见自动反应,行为的改变会自然发生,不需要强逼。16 years of practice repeatedly show: when parents learn techniques without first seeing why they react automatically, they implement those techniques mechanically. The child senses inauthenticity, and the technique backfires. Once the automatic reaction is seen, behavioral change emerges naturally — no forcing required.

In our system, AI's role is to assist self-observation:
- 既不对人进行评判分析
- 也不对人迎合奉承
- Neither judging or analyzing the person
- Nor placating or flattering them
AI 只提供可能性,不诊断、不建议、不贴标签。AI 不会说"你是控制型"或"你应该这样做"。它用邀请式语言:"有控制核心策略的人,在类似情境下容易有这种反应。你共鸣吗?"——学员自己决定是否对得上,系统只记录学员自己确认的。
AI only offers possibilities — it does not diagnose, advise, or label. AI never says "You are the Control type" or "You should do this." It uses invitation-style language: "People with the Control core strategy often have this kind of reaction in similar situations. Does this resonate with you?" — the user decides for themselves whether it fits, and the system only records what the user has confirmed.
这条边界保护了方法论的根基:自我观察必须从个体自己开始,不能被专家或算法强加。AI 是 16 年方法论的 放大器和触达入口,不是教练的替代。
This boundary protects the foundation of the methodology: self-observation must originate with the individual, not be imposed by an expert or an algorithm. AI is the amplifier and access point of a 16-year-validated methodology — not a replacement for the coach.
